Description & Overview:

Join Dr. Kristen Ohlenforst for three 1-hour virtual presentations focusing on evidence-based strategies for managing anxiety and stress during these unprecedented times.  While each presentation builds upon prior presentation content, any given presentation can also stand alone.  Dr. Ohlenforst will aim to address participants’ questions during the latter portion of each presentation; to this end, we will limit/monitor number of participants so as to facilitate a helpful Q&A session.
