Weekly therapy group  for girls ages 12-15 who may benefit from group/social support during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Stanford-based resource for managing a variety of emotions and difficulties.  Explore distinct modules each aimed at helping you feel better in some way.


Brene Brown’s podcast: “Conversations that unlock the deeply human part of who we are, so that we can live, love, parent, and lead with more courage and heart.”

Topics include: falling apart, staying connected, giving ourselves permission to feel hard things, etc.

  • SchKIDules: Magnetic visual schedule system for children; enlist your child’s interests/motivation to help structure long days at home.

  • Storylineonline.net– A free literacy program where actors read to children (Read: Delightful distractions from anxious thoughts!)  This link will take you to a particularly imaginative book selection.  🙂
