Holly is a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern who specializes in working with adolescents and adults.  Experienced in treating individuals struggling with trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions, she draws from her research and training in psychodynamic theory, attachment theory, and interpersonal neurobiology to work collaboratively with her clients.  She is trained in Mind-Body Science and EMDR, and particularly enjoys working with individuals and families who are pondering adoption or have adopted. 

Holly received her Master’s Degree from Northwestern University, training with The Family Institute.  Having previously served as a VP of a national organization, she enjoys combining her two professional interests when consulting on integrative behavioral healthcare and providing therapy to highly driven professionals.  Holly is the author of While You’re Waiting (to be published in 2020), and serves as a regional ambassador for Half the Sky and Girl Rising.  As co-founder of the Embody Love Movement 501(c)(3), she is an advocate for building community relations with schools and organizations in favor of changing the way the world values girls and women.  Holly is currently pursuing her doctorate in clinical psychology.
