This 3-part workshop invites couples at all stages of relationship seeking to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their partner. Through a combination of group-based lecture and private break-out sessions, couples will be able to learn about, process, and discuss their relational triggers. Additionally, couples will learn concrete skills and communication tools to utilize in difficult and connective conversations.

Content differs across sessions and can stand alone. To this end, couples are welcome to attend one, two, or all three sessions.
