Nicole Novit is the Office Manager and Intake Coordinator for Therapy Dallas. 

In addition to fielding new patient inquiries, managing intake coordination, and providing scheduling support, Nicole supports day-to-day communications and office operations. She believes that friendly and professional communication from office staff is the start to a great therapy experience. When she doesn’t know the answer to your question, she will find it or connect you to someone who does. Nicole loves connecting people with the resources they need to be happy and successful.

Nicole’s background lies in education and program management. Prior to her position at Therapy Dallas, she taught and directed junior high theatre in Richardson ISD, managed medical fellowships and a residency at UTSouthwestern Medical Center, and managed the Undergraduate Peer Tutoring Lab at The University of Texas at Dallas.
